When Chef Curtis opened the kitchen at Casanova almost 20 years ago, this was his favorite pizza.

A perfect blend of flavors using, Smoked Mozzarella, Tomato, and Grilled Eggplant.

Gnocchi or Pasta Di Giorno  (priced Daily) preparation based on Chef Curtis’ Daily inspirations – vegetarian requests always Welcome!  Gnocchi are a toothsome “pillow” that fall somewhere between a Dumpling and Pasta.  And like our Pasta preparations  – a ladle of some Flavorful sauce or just a splash of Olive Oil and roasted vegetables finished with hand grated Parmesan creates essential Italian comfort food.

Duck Khoresh  –  16.00

A classic Middle Eastern marriage of Sweet and Savory.  Duck Leg with Honey, dates, and almonds with Bulgur Wheat and Spinach.

Entrecôte Frites with Montpellier Butter  –  21.00

The Infamous Maui Cattle Company’s New York Steak.  Accompanied by the true French fry known by Europeans as Frites. Classic French Bistro Fare prepared with simple perfection.

Paella Valencia  –  18.75

Sausage, Chicken and Shellfish baked in Saffron Rice with Peas and Roasted Peppers. A blend of Moorish, Persian and Iberian culinary styles.

Imam Bayildi  (Vegan)  16.00

Baked eggplant with tomatoes, Bulgur Wheat, Dates, Pine Nuts and classic  aromatic Spices.  This Turkish Dish translates to “the Priest Fainted”.  The Garlic??  Or maybe the Spicy Aroma??

Umami Glazed Hibachi Salmon  –  18.00

Responsibly Farmed Salmon, Charred medium Rare and served with Kombu Sauce, Bok Choy and Shiitake Mushrooms. “Umami”  translates from Japanese as “savory” or “goodness” and is the 5th taste element.

Gado Gado  (Vegan)  –  16.00

Raw and Blanched Vegetables with Fried Tofu & Spicy Peanut Sauce. Indonesia’s reputation for exotic and always delectable cuisine is very well represented in this very popular “peasant” dish.

Penang Laksa  –  18.75

Noodles, shrimp, chicken and Vegetables in a rich, spicy, Tamarind – Coconut Milk Broth.   A Culinary Style known as Nonya this is regarded as a top comfort food in Malaysian families.

Fish & Chips  –  9.50

Generous serving of “British Pub Faire”  Secret addictive ingredients in our Crispy batter create Crisp but tender fish & classic golden Fries.  Yummy with house-made Tartar or Malt Vinegar.
